Your personal data will never be sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes. This page explains what is collected, why, and your rights.

2. Data Collected

This site collects data only through the contact form (Contact page). The fields involved are:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Indicative budget range
  • Project type (E-2 / EB-5) and free-text message

No data is collected passively without your explicit action (no pre-filled forms, no behavioral tracking without the visitor's knowledge).

3. Purpose of Processing

Data submitted through the form is used exclusively to respond to your contact request and, where relevant, to schedule an exploratory call. It is not used for any other purpose, in particular not for automated commercial prospecting or newsletter sending without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), expressed through the voluntary submission of the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing the address listed in section 1.

5. Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the intended business relationship, and deleted no later than 24 months after the last active contact, or immediately upon your request.

6. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It may be passed to technical providers strictly necessary for the site's operation (form hosting via Netlify, based in the United States). These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies and Analytics

This site may use an analytics tool (Google Analytics 4 or equivalent) to understand browsing behavior in an aggregated, anonymized way. No advertising or targeting cookies are set. A compliant consent banner will be displayed if this tracking is activated. In the absence of this tool, no non-essential cookies are set.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Right to object — object to processing

9. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to collected data is strictly limited to Didier Renard.
